London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch

I recently stayed at Marriott in a family room for a couple of nights. The staff, particularly the waiters and waitresses, were brilliant. Khraisi provided friendly and professional service throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, with clean tea/coffee facilities and a spacious layout. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for all of us. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to shopping and the tube. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering some of the best food we had during our trip. a fabulous introduction to the city after a long 18 months.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location in a totally Arabic neighborhood was absolutely perfect, giving me a taste of the local culture and offering a unique atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning readily available. The staff was always attentive and happy to assist, making me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

My only recommendation would be for the hotel to be more family-friendly. While the amenities and services were excellent, there was not much specifically catered towards families.

The breakfast at Marriott was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated how they remembered my 10-year-old daughter's birthday and left a sweet surprise in our room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the restaurants and tube stations, which is great. The room was clean and comfortable to accommodate a family. the hotel has a spa and pool facility which was enjoyable to use.

It's upsetting that the hotel did not provide enough options for breakfast especially for a brand name, like they did not in one of the reviews provided.

Excellent staff, especially in the bar/restaurant, with attentive General Manager. Convenient carpark, close to Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Selfridges. Exceptional facilities, including pool and executive suite. Good selection at breakfast, with friendly singing chef. Complimentary birthday treats and nice touches like lemon water and pick a mix at reception. Superb concierge, accommodating higher floor request. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms at reasonable price. Convenient location near Oxford Street and restaurants/supermarkets.

The Pickled Hen restaurant was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast there multiple times during our stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the tube, Oxford Street, and surrounding parks. The staff were all kind and helpful, from the front door to the concierge and reception desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice hotel facilities. The newly decorated room had excellent charging facilities for portable devices, with USB connections in lamps and power sockets.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.

We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 7am, but the check-in staff immediately allowed us to check in, saving us from waiting until 3pm. Additionally, the porter kindly helped us load our 8 bags into our car at check-out, saving us from an extra trip to the hotel. The pool was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing us with water, coffee, and access to the gym while we waited. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes. The location was perfect, close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and two nearby subway stations. We also enjoyed the convenience of having an ironing table and umbrella in our room. USB charging ports were a bonus for tourists like us. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all top-notch.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel offered a selection of pleasant staff and the Executive Lounge was a good perk. The room was comfortable and the pool was lovely and warm. It was also in a great spot for shopping on Oxford Street and going to the theater. The midday checkout was a sensible feature that we appreciated.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the hotel added a service charge of 12.5% to our food bill in the Bistro, which we found quite disgusting.

The taxifare from the airport is reasonable, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.

The view from some rooms may not be as picturesque as expected.

Some maintenance issues in the room, such as faulty toilet tissue holder and non-functioning lamps. Service at the restaurant was poor, with slow and inattentive staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, especially the in-room safe and the mini-bar. I also appreciate that there was an ironing board and an umbrella in the room. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with plenty of fresh fruit and a delicious freshly made omelet. I felt that this place was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

While I was happy with my stay overall, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The staff at check-in could have been more service oriented and friendly, as they didn't offer to help with my luggage and charged me for internet when I was told it was free.

Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Sensible policies. Fabulous food. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi. Can't wait to return.
